What's the challenge about??

The Code Challenge Teen is an international team-based coding competition, powered by Reply since 2019, consisting of 5 algorithm-based problems with 5 different input files of increasing difficulty each. Teams have 4 hours to solve all 25 of them.

Register by 20th March, 23:59 CET, choosing the category that best fits for you.

While registering, tell us the name of your High School to join the High School Students' League and try to win 2.000€ for your school and a coding class designed for your class by Reply experts.

Form your team online

To compete you have to form a team from 2-4 members.

  • If you already know some good coders, create your own team and invite your friends.

  • Otherwise search for and meet new teammates from all over the world on the Discord server.

⚠️ If you don’t join any team, your registration won’t be completed and you cannot take part to the challenge.

Learn with AI and get ready

There is always room for improvement. Access exclusive learning material in order to collect knowledge and hints to face the competition as a real code master.

Have fun while coding!

On March 21, at 16:30 CET, we’ll publish the problem statements on your challenge page and you'll have 4 hours to play.

A leaderboard will be regularly updated to show how your and other teams are performing.

Test what you learned about coding with AI to climb a dedicated leaderboard and have more chances to win unique goodies.

One week after the challenge day the final leader board will be published and all finalists for each category notified.

Each member of the winning team will get a reward of:

How will we get updates about the Reply Code Challenge?

You’ll receive emails before and after the challenge, so check your mailbox regularly. During the challenge, you can message the Reply Code Masters via chat if you have questions.

How does the challenge work?

The challenge consists of five algorithm-based problems. Each problem requires solving five different input files of increasing difficulty. The platform will automatically generate input files for each problem as soon as a player clicks on the button to generate the input.

To help teams better understand each problem, we’ll publish the statement (detailing the problem to solve), some helpful assumptions, the input/output format, and some examples of correct input/output combinations.

Who wins?

At the end of the challenge, the Reply Code Masters review and validate the scoring submission from top-ranked teams on the leaderboard. The Reply Code Masters’ decisions regarding the rules of the coding competition are final and indisputable.
